Scope of the proposed project:
1. 100 junior suites @ 640 sq. ft. each.
2. 100 executive suites @ 870 sq. ft. each.
3. 100 1-bedroom suites @ 1200 sq. ft. each.
4. 20 2 bedroom suites (bungalows) @ 1300 sq. ft. each.
5. 24 family residence units (bungalows) @ 1600 sq. ft. each.

Infrastructure/Support:
2 each 4-5 star indoor restaurants, 1 cliff-top restaurant and bar, 1 out-door buffet area (for all-inclusive packages), 1 swim-up pool bar, 2 in-door bars, main pool with 3 children's pools distributed throughout the site, possible handball court, 100 seat Movie Theater, exercise/fitness center with Spa, several Whirlpools at various locations.
