HOTELS: new construction

This was an exercise in the design of a space-limited hotel in the San Francisco Bay Area.

An old rental yard was to be demolished and this Project built in its place. We were limited in many ways, by regulations and ordinances, but the final product received positive reaction, and is scheduled to build sometime in 2003-2004.
